My training in Gestalt therapy has shaped my approach to be both compassionate and holistic, focusing on the present moment and the unique needs of each person I work with.As a parent of two, I bring not only professional experience but also a personal understanding of the joys and challenges that come with parenthood. This lived experience helps me connect with clients in a grounded, empathetic way - especially those navigating pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, and early parenting.Whether you're seeking support during a transitional phase or working through deeper emotional patterns, I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where your story is heard and respected.

I also offer small, nurturing group sessions specifically designed for mums, with a maximum of five participants per group.Held over a couple of weeks in a cosy, welcoming environment, these sessions create space for honest connection, shared experiences, and emotional support during the early stages of motherhood.It's a gentle, supportive way to explore challenges and build community - because you're not meant to do this alone.
